Disconnect from the Babylonian System

The command given in Revelation 18:4 says to “come out of her my people…”. It is a warning. The Most High is telling His people to escape the judgment that is to come upon Babylon. Babylon is represented by a false religious system that has deceived the world. Many are calling for unity between church denominations and world religions – it’s called the ecumenical interfaith movement that will lead to a one world religion. It is not designed to worship The Most High. Babylon worships a god but not the one true God. He wants his people to come out of Babylon now. Will you heed the warning? When I say we have to come out of Babylon, I’m not suggesting that you have to pack up everything and move to places unknown (unless of course that’s how you’re being led). To come out of her means that there has to be a separation – we must disconnect from the ways of Babylon, its system. We have already been told that we are to be a “separate and a holy people” and it really has more to do with our assignment in this earth. We are to be a people desiring the things that The Most High desires and hating the things that He hates. We were instructed to do this in the old and new testament because of our function in the earth and we have to come out of Babylon now.

The Most High is telling His people to come out of a system that does not honor Him. II Corinthians 6:14-17 says, “do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has light with darkness? And what accord has Christ with Belial? Or what part has a believer with an unbeliever? And what agreement has the temple of God with idols? For you are the temple of the living God. As God has said: I will dwell in them and walk among them. I will be their God and they shall be My people. Therefore, come out from among them and be separate, says the Lord. Do not touch what is unclean, and I will receive you”. Many only associate this passage with marriage. It can be that, but it is mainly talking about our relationship with The Most High. When we are joined to Him, we cannot be joined to another – that’s what got us in trouble in the first place. We are His people. The Creator of all things that exists chose us as His own special people and that comes with a great responsibility. If you can imagine those who serve in the courts of a king and how they have to behave in the king’s presence, it gives a great example of how those who serve the king cannot behave like commoners. I don’t think we really understood why there were certain restrictions placed on us. When we hear The Most High saying, “come out of her my people”, we should be asking who are His people. Who are the people He’s talking about when He says, “my people”? This is referenced in these two scriptures:

  • Isaiah 43:21 = “this people I have formed for myself; they shall declare my praise” so we’re talking about a specific group of people here.
  • Leviticus 25:55 = “for the children of Israel are servants to me; they are my servants whom I brought out of the land of Egypt…”

We were told that all Christians are Israel but those who are saying this cannot be rightly dividing Joel 3:2 which says, “I will gather all nations and bring them down to the valley of Jehoshaphat and I will enter into judgment with them there on account of my people, my heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations; they have also divided up my land”.  No matter how you try to slice it, The Most High is distinguishing His people as: *those that He brought out of Egypt, *those He gave His name to, *those who were scattered around the world among the nation, and in the last days He says He’s bringing judgment against nations that scattered His people and divided His land. Did that happen to all who say they are Christians? Did their ancestors come out of slavery in Egypt? Are they called by His name and were they scattered among all the nations? No!

An awakening is going on and this awakening is happening because a large percentage of our people don’t know who they are. One of the greatest deceptions that occurred during the slave trade was to separate the people from their identity and their heritage as a way to keep them enslaved. Religion was also used to make that happen. Deceptive theologians twisted scripture to make the slaves believe that what happened to them was because of the curse of Ham and the color of their skin. The thing about deceivers is that they always mix in a little bit of the truth. Yes, what happened to us was the result of the curse (Deuteronomy 28:45-48) but not because of the color of our skin or Ham. It happened because we sinned against The Most High. The beauty of all of this is that He told us the curses would be the sign to help us identify ourselves in the last days. As I said, we’re the remnant and we’re still in the places of our captivity. Now that we know who we are, it goes without saying that the first place to start is with repentance. We have been placed in a situation to force us to acknowledge our sin against The Most High. We can march and protest until we’re blue in the face and none of it will work because He won’t allow it. He’s driving us to our knees – we need to repent. As long as our people continue participating in the lie, the beast system will keep us trapped. Ignorance is a trap that we can choose to get out of. The Most High said His people were destroyed because they lacked knowledge. Don’t let that be you. Learn more in the accompanying video, Come Out Of Babylon Now | Disconnect From Her.
