What motivates your enemies? Enmity. Those who oppress and try to annihilate the seed of Jacob are driven by deep-seated hatred and a desperate need to disrupt their destiny. This is a crucial message that the children of Israel must understand. The colonizers’ game plan is to erase our history and replace us. We cannot ignore the fact that this deep-seated hostility directed towards us holds significant meaning. Why? Our identity as the chosen people is the crux of the matter. Jeremiah 30:16 says, “Therefore all those who devour you shall be devoured; and all your adversaries, every one of them shall go into captivity. Those who plunder you shall become plunder, and all who prey upon you, I will make a prey.”
Why did the Most High call them Israel’s adversaries? An adversary is an opponent, an enemy. Enemies are going to try to devour and plunder their prey because they are seen as a target. They are called enemies for a reason. So, you cannot expect an enemy to do right by you (let that sink in). We expected them to do what is right because we failed to understand what was motivating them. Now that we understand who we are, we see that it is directly tied to hatred, the fear of who we are, our destiny, and our purpose. In essence, we need to stop hoping that a wolf is going to behave like a lamb. They are enemies! But the heavenly Father says, “All of them will become plunder and He will make them a prey.” So, to fully understand our story, we have to recognize who they are and accept our part in all of this because it will explain how we ended up in this situation.
Various prophecies were given to our ancestors, telling them what would happen because of their continued disobedience. They were told that they would be kicked out of the land and that they would go into captivity. These prophecies provide insights into our oppressive history and its significance in shaping our cultural identity. An example of what happened to the children of Israel right before they went into the promised land is found in Joshua 7. In this chapter, Joshua recounts Israel’s defeat at Ai due to disobedience. The passage is highlighting the consequences of sin and the importance of obedience to the Most High so that our enemy will not be able to have the upper hand. In reading the passage, we see the anger of the Most High had burned against the children of Israel because of one man [Achan] allowing his greed to control him. Don’t miss the fact that one man caused this and it impacted the entire nation. It was because of disobedience within the camp. Achan took items that were supposed to be destroyed. This is why their enemies got the upper hand. Greed motivated him and it caused Israel the battle. A battle they should have won.
So, we cannot ignore how our actions give place to the enemy. What’s the remedy? It’s found in 2 Chronicles 7:14. The Most High says, “If my people who are called by my name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face. and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.” Who was this written to? He tells us, “My people who are called by My name.” This admonishment is to the nation of Israel. We are told that we are to repent of sin, turn away from wickedness, and we must obey. Hopefully, we see how important it is for us to walk in accordance with YAH’s way. Because our enemies fully understand that our disobedience removes our covering of protection. Why did we end up on the bottom? Our covering was removed. Our enslavement was not a coincidence. It is directly tied to Bible prophecy. And I’ve already provided more than enough evidence to prove that we are those people. It has nothing to do with the curse of Ham or us having dark melanated skin.
Regarding those who will be destroyed in the end times and why, we have to go back to Psalm 83’s coalition to cut Israel off from being a nation. Asaph is praying for divine intervention regarding this conspiracy. Psalm 83 is describing a historical pattern, not a single event. You can see that this plan began long before the sub-Saharan or transatlantic slave trades. Modern Europeans are the continuation of this plan to erase and replace us. Our enemies were stripping away our identity. This is why they forced our ancestors to use slave master names. And just look at the results. centuries later. There is a historical bridge between Psalm 83’s identity eraser pattern, the Roman destruction of Jerusalem, and the slave trades. It is a manifestation of the coalition’s goal: come and let us cut them off from being a nation that the name of Israel may be remembered no more. Your name gives you identity. The coalition’s goal was identity eraser, not just military defeat or territorial loss. It was removing Israel’s name from memory. This is diabolical, family, because we’re talking about cultural genocide, identity, and lineage eraser. Cutting them off from being a nation that the name would be remembered no more meant enslaving them, scattering them, renaming them, erasing their genealogies, destroying their tribal structure, removing their language, forcing them to convert to new religions, and preventing future generations from knowing their history.
There is one additional thing we should add. They also presented another group of people to the world as the true people. Revelation 2:9 says, “…They do lie.” All of these things happened to us. Here is what they didn’t count on; they never expected those things to align with Bible prophecy. You just have to love how the Most High is able to use things that are meant for evil and cause them to work together for good. We have to give praises to His holy name!
